In an effort to help the community save
some money on the expenses we incur from mailing various community
documents, information, and newsletters to all 160 homeowners, we
are asking that members who wish, provide their e-mail address so
that the Board of Directors can send you correspondences
electronically. If you decide to use this feature, your name will be
removed from the mailing list at Carolina Property Associates (CPA,
our management company) on future mailings except your quarterly
homeowner dues' statements.
The Board of Directors will make every effort to
keep you e-mail address private and secure. We will not sell your
address or publish it for others to see. Any correspondences that we
send to you via e-mail will be sent as a blind courtesy copy (Bcc)
so that the other members of the distribution list will not be able
to see your e-mail address or reply to all addresses. However, if
these precautions do not hold up, and your e-mail address does
become public knowledge, the Board of Directors cannot be held
responsible for the inadvertent disclosure.

confirmation will be sent back to you via e-mail stating that your
e-mail address has been added to the distribution list. You can opt
out of this service by returning to this site and following the same
procedures as when you signed up, only change the text of your
e-mail to read you request to be dropped.
